Your privacy is important to us.  It is the policy of Gold Leaf Insurance to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect.   • By providing your information you agree to be contacted by Gold Leaf Insurance and/or its affiliate entities for the purposes specified regarding the stated purpose for which you provided the data.  This communication may come in the form of phone, text, email or by any other means available.  Data rates may apply.  You may opt out of these communications at that time.  Necessary communication regarding any contest or policy is deemed necessary by law and therefore will remain an open channel of communication for those purposes only, as defined by law.
  • Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • We will protect personal information by using reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
  • We will only retain personal information for as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.
  • In connection with any application, quote or inquiry, we may review your credit report, and/or obtain and/or use a credit-based insurance score based on the information contained in that credit report. We may use a third party in connection with the development of your insurance score. By providing any information, you hereby authorize Gold Leaf Insurance and its affiliates to review your credit report, obtain or use a credit-based insurance score, and to use a third party in connection with the development of your insurance score. 
  • You affirm that you have obtained permission from any person for whom you are providing information and said person authorizes Gold Leaf Insurance and its affiliates to review their credit report, obtain or use their credit-based insurance score, and to use a third party in connection with the development of their insurance score.

 

We are committed to conducting our business by these principles to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.  Gold Leaf Insurance may change this privacy policy from time to time at Gold Leaf Insurance’s sole discretion.

 

Permission to Contact:

By providing my information, I grant permission for a licensed insurance agent to contact me via voice, text, mail and/or email.

Medicare Permission to Contact:

By providing my information, I grant permission for a licensed insurance agent to contact me via voice, text mail and/or email regarding my Medicare options Including Medicare supplement, Medicare Advantage, prescription drug, dental/vision/hearing and hospital indemnity products.
